Adam Sperling, a Vice President at the PGA TOUR, serves as the Executive Director of the Truist Championship, a Signature Event held annually at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to that, he served as that club’s Director of Professional Golf, where he guided the club’s strategic positioning in the golf ecosystem related to events they hosted or were preparing to host, as well as playing an integral role in securing the Truist Championship through 2031.

After college, Jon worked as the Vice President for Marketing at First Carolina Mortgage. In 2012, he was elected to the NC House of Representatives, serving six terms before retiring in 2024. After leaving office, Jon was selected to serve as the President of TREBIC. His knowledge of state and local government, combined with his ability to collaborate with others and solve problems, made him a natural fit for the position.

as the underwriting and analysis of potential projects. Recent developments exceed over $600 million in project costs. In his role, Josh also manages the day-today
activities required to see projects from acquisition and preliminary concepts,
through design coordination, to final product.

Registration Refund Policy: Due to the event postponement: your NAIOP NC conference registration will automatically be transferred to the new conference date of March 4-6, 2025. If your schedule does not allow you to attend, refund requests will be honored until Friday, February 28.
Note: Spoken requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing. Registrations can be transferred to another member of your organization. If a registration is transferred from one NAIOP Member to another NAIOP Member, the Member fee will apply. If a registration is transferred from a NAIOP Member to a nonmember, the nonmember fee will apply. We cannot apply your registration fees to another NAIOP event.
